Degree of Milling
How thoroughly the bran layer is polished away. A higher figure means cleaner, more uniform grains.
Whiteness Level
A measure of the rice's whiteness. A higher percentage looks brighter and cleaner.
Broken Grains
The share of broken grains. A lower percentage means more whole grains and a more premium grade.
